We will have two workshops at the Green Jobs Pavilion. Each workshops is focused on various aspects of work culture and find your place in it.

This panel features top climate thought leaders who will offer actionable tips and wisdom on how to design your future career aligned with your personal skills, values, and passions. You will leave this panel with a DIY guide of advice and next steps to take action and turn your green career into a reality.
This panel features hiring managers and experts who are on the hiring side of climate career pathways who will discuss what they look for in an ideal candidate in the recruitment process. You will gain deeper insights on current hiring practices, trends, tips, and tricks to impress future employers!
This panel will feature experts across a wide range of career levels as well as career types who will delve into what it takes to either begin or transition into a climate career pathway. The conversation will cover some of the barriers and pain points job seekers may face when looking for/ securing a green job and tips on how to overcome these challenges and build a values-aligned career.
Green Job Board's Co-CEOs, Kristy Drutman and Usman Fahimullah will provide overview of the evening program and talk about what's next for Green Jobs Board!
This pathfinding workshop is designed to help you discover the place in climate that’s right for you, and get there. Led by Cynthia Thomson, the workshop is great for anyone starting a job search in climate– whether it’s your first green job, or your fifth.
Burn out continues to be a huge struggle for many in the workforce who want to find a healthy “work-life” balance, yet struggling to find that balance.

The Green Jobs Pavilion is hosted by Green Jobs Board, a climate tech company. To empower all job-seekers with the education and tools needed to build impactful careers that solve the climate crisis. We create accessible pathways and conversations that enable trust, transparency, and inclusion between our community of job seekers and employers.
The Green Jobs Pavilion runs from 4pm - 10pm est during Marketplace of the Future! Make sure to purchase your tickets in order to attend the event.

Green Jobs Board is hosting a day-long Green Jobs Pavilion within Marketplace of the Future on the closing Friday of 2023 Climate Week NYC.
This event aims to educate, inspire, and connect together the climate community to discuss and envision the future of the green economy. It will feature panels and workshops housed within an interactive space for folks to mingle, learn, and collaborate.
